I am a carrot cake lover! I was not sure how good this would taste or compare to other carrot cakes and even home made carrot cake. Wow, I was truly amazed at the wonderful taste of this. I often find most store bought carrot cakes to be a bit on the too spicy. But this was pretty darn close to my mom's amazing recipe (again, I said close, lol). We have purchased this carrot cake many times and it is always a hit!
