Great classic dessert. Easy to serve and perfect for last minute guests or sudden cravings. Love the rich flavor and sweetness. Even better is the fact that it can go straight from the freezer to the plate.

My mom has been buying the McCain Deep and Delicious cakes for as long as I can remember for my birthday or someone else in my family. I always chose chocolate because that's my favorite. It tastes great. It's nice and fluffy. The icing tastes really good as well and the price you really can't beat. Overall myself and my family loved this.

Its a nice moist cake. Its not heavy and the icing is sweet but not like sugar icing sweet. It is very chocolatey. It keeps well in freezer and is great to keep on hand for a quick dessert. Also it is inexpensive and comes in other flavours.

This is a good cake, it isn't amazing but it's good to have. I love to keep it in the freezer for those sweet tooth kinda nights. They taste just like they did when I was a kid. It's a classic and simple dessert.

I love baking and and very much a "homemade" kinda girl when it comes to cookies and cakes and all these delicious confections. However, if you want a quick and easy, delicious and moist "go to" cake for a treat, without all the work...this is it! The problem is you can't usually stop at just one piece...and sticking it in the freezer to put a barrier to temptation doesn't help because it is amazing right out of the freezer! I was always sneaking a piece when my mom had it in the freezer...

This is one of my favourite desserts to grab when I crave for something sweet. This is cheap, and the quality is always good. The cake itself is so moist, sweet, and rich. Such a good dessert for the price. Great value!

Deep and Delisious chocolate cake is very tasty. It's cooked perfectly and the icing is out of this world! I enjoy eating a slice just 5 mins after I've removed it from the freezer. They used to put some chocolate sprinkles on the top of the cake, but they don't anymore. I miss thoes sprinkles.
