What I like about this cake is that it cheap when compared to other brands of cakes in the grocery store and it actually tastes good for grocery store cake. It is also easy, just cut and serve, no prep.

There isn't anything I don't like about this - but you do get what you pay for. It is fairly simple chocolate sponge cake from the grocery store - that's it.

The McCain Deep 'n Delicious Chocolate Cake is a good old standby to keep around for when you need something quick to serve - OR for when you want something but just don't feel like making anything.

It's just super convenient to use the re-sealable lid so that you can cut off a few pieces & then put the lid back on to keep for another day.

Smooth, rich and delicious. The exact amount of creamy icing . The fact that you can keep it in the freezer is a bonus, as other cakes tend to change flavour and spoil if left too long in the refrigerator.

The chocolate icing on this cake is soooo good! The cake itself is moist and the creamy frosting just makes it even better, the flavours are great.
The price is a little high for a small cake but I buy it as a treat or when its on sale, still worth it even full price.
