I love these cakes, they are very chocolatey and the icing has just the right sweetness. I like how you can keep in the freezer and take out and thaw for a little then get a piece and put back in the freezer for another time. Although it doesn't usually make it back in :)

This is my childhood. We would have this once a week as a huge treat! We had very little money, but my mom would make sure we had this special treat! We loved having a treat out of the little tray and the ICING!!!!! Was the best part. I would cut it so I had more icing than cake......thanks for the memories!
