it is delish and it is great for a larger group, it can be used in frittatas and quiches, fried with butter and some herbs and tastes great. a big size for breakfast for 8 or more

I love using these hash browns in my breakfast casseroles or any casserole that calls for potatoes really. Since these are cut so small, I find if you keep them too long in your freezer they can taste freezer burnt but they're a great time saver when cooking!

First I love how easy it is to make these. Having 4 children time is of a essence in our home. Also I have 4 picky eaters thay all want something different but I can guarantee that when I make these everyone eats them. My kids love them with ketchup and salt but I like them just the way they are but sometimes I will cook them and add a different spice just for a little change. I like that they are crunchy and not greasy and it's nice to be able to make a big breakfast for my family and actually have the McCain Hashbrowns to complete the meal with. I never had time to make them myself. By the time I cook eggs, bacon, pancakes and toast I didn't want anything else to cook or prepare but these are so simple. We all love them in this house.
