I tried these recently and loved them! From what I know, it is a very different concept and one executed very well by McCain. I do not typically favour this general shape of potato product because I find the wider/flatter types are not as crispy as I prefer. However, the cut of these fries offer a perfect balance because the holes thin the fries and allow for them to get quite crispy! They're a great alternative if/when you get tired of regular frozen fries. They cook perfectly as well, which is nice because sometimes I find these types of products (that have very thin areas) cook quicker than their thicker parts and become overcooked and too crispy.

McCain always has quality products and this doesn't disappoint . They are crispy and good tasting. Just the right amount of spice. It is nice to have the variety of flavors. The only problem is - I can't keep them in the freezer!!! My Sons like them the same as my husband and I !!!

My son goes nuts for these he doesn't eat French fries in his most recent picky eating phase so we tell him they're waffles and he gobbles them right up! Perfect for a quick lunch! :)

The absolute best snack or addition to dinner. Ended up making these into like a nacho platter (instead of using taco chips) and was a huge hit with the fam-jam! LOVE this product!
