Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! These potato patties are easy to make and taste delicious. I often will buy a package of these when my daughters are having friends overnight - served with scrambled eggs and roasted tomatoes they make a perfect weekend breakfast. I am very pleased with this product and have purchased them several times.
