These taste so good and fresh you would think you just cut up potatoes and put them in the oven. We like to make them with a bit of Italian seasoning and toss them quickly in a hot pan and about a tablespoon of olive oil to crisp them just a bit more. Nice to have a good tasting quick potato side dish for chicken or steak nights
