I started buying these when my mother was diagnosed celiac. Since she cannot eat French fries in restaurants we make these as a treat. Gluten free (the ones with coating are not gluten free). Although they do taste like a frozen potato, they are the closest thing we have found that replaces the guilty pleasure of a French fry in a gluten free product.

McCain Sea Salt Crinkle Cut Wedges are very good. They are crispy on the outside and nice and light and soft on the inside. They have just the right amount of salt. They have a great potato flavor and are my family's favorite side dish. They are easy to make just put in the oven and they come out perfect .

I cooked these up as a side for some lovely steaks. Great taste. Easy and a nice change from baked potatoes.

Wedges like at a greasy spoon restaurant, only better. The light amount of sea salt adds to the taste. Crispy and flavourful.

I was very impressed with this considering I don't usually like sea salt. These are worth a try.

This is my favourite kind of Mccain potato :) it taste so good, so easy to prepare ! In just about 10 to 15 minutes you have an amazing side diah or snack and the oven do all the work :) i love it!
