GREAT flavour and easy to make

Great idea ... A play on a blt but with potatoes! Love it who can say no to potatoes or bacon. Very easy to make and just too cute when you lay them all out on platter.

Just didn't enjoy this at all (maybe ...with lattice fries extra crispy with lite mayo and salt and pepper ) Also the kiddies wouldn't eat them they prefer there smiley plain with ketchup sometimes. Definitely won't be making this again!

I love the fun concept of this recipe! These were really easy and fun to make, and they came out really cute! I love how the potato's crispiness is paired with the crispiness of the lettuce and bacon, while the vegetable balance out the greasiness of the bacon and the smiles!

I couldn't resist trying this recipe after getting myself a bag of smileys! I did substitute the bacon for grilled ham so it would be a little more healthy but it still tasted awesome. It's also only possible to eat this with your hands but that's part of the fun! I can't wait to make these for my nieces next time they visit :)

When I first saw this recipe I was a little hesitant to try it, but I am glad I did. The recipe was easy and the taste was amazing.
