Not horrible

I like sweet potato anything so I figured that I would give these a try. They were really good, but not the best I have had before. They were overly salty, and I did not add any salt to them at all. I enjoy sweet potato and the taste on its own, but I found that they added too much salt to preserve them. In addition, these fries did not have that great of a texture. Other than that, they were not horrible.
