I prefer this hollandaise over the other leading brand. I like that it is still creamy while only having to add water. My oldest son has a very large addiction to this product!

I just can't make this sauce from scratch! This pack of sauce is genius. It was super easy and fast to make. It made enough for about 6 eggs and had enough left over for 2 pieces of salmon! Yummy yummy yummy I could gave just eaten it with nothing. It would be delicious on asparagus and potatoes too!
