Dollar drinks days!

You can't even make this cheaper at home when it is summertime and the dollar drink days deal is on at McDonalds! Cool and refreshing. A must have treat in the summer!

Summer heaven

I am scarily addicted to the McDonald's Strawberry Lemonade. It's very reasonably priced and makes for a lovely, tasty, refreshing drink in the summer. I wish I could replicate it at home, although my waistline might disagree!

So sue me, I freakin' love this frozen lemonade! It's a great mix of tangy and sweet, and you can't beat the price. As with most frozen drinks, once you get toward the bottom and most of the flavour has been sucked out, the watery ice left over is not as good, but by then I'm usually ready to toss the cup.

I first tried this last summer in the U.S. and been addicted since. Really didn't have high expectations but was pleasantly surprised of how good it was. Its icy, cold, refreshing with the right amount of sweetness as well tartness. I've been addicted since. Unfortunately its not offered in Canada yet.
