kinda gross if you think about it

Ok first their ice cram machine is almost always broken which is a shame because I do like the soft serve on its own.But when you add what I can only assume is imitation "strawberry" syrup which has no hint of flavor of a real actual strawberry and the ice cream starts to melt,ew yuck.Just give me a plain ice cram please.
