This is a scrub for both face and body, so it's a good way to save some cash since you get 2-in-1. As you might suspect, it's not a harsh scrub, so it can work on your body and still be gentle enough for your face. However, this might be a disadvantage if you need something extra strength for your body. It works nicely as a face scrub though, but the smell is a little unusual. My husband actually uses this one (I've borrowed it a few times) and he seems to like it. He sometimes uses it in lieu of a face cleanser.
