Magic Mia
My daughter received this for Christmas and had been so excited to be able to feed her baby! As a parent I loved the idea of not having actual food to clean up like we do for Baby Alive dolls that get fed and poop/pee. This is clean fun but my daughter did have some trouble getting the doll to take the spoon. It's easy to select the food (color) with the interactive spoon, but it takes some wiggling around her mouth to get the sensor to register the spoon for the baby to eat. It definitely will take an older child or some parent help, which did limit how much my daughter wanted to play with this on her own. Very cute idea, no mess pretend for little girls!
Doll has Realistic features!
My four-year-old daughter loves this dolls. She enjoys feeding her doll with the feeding spoon that lights up. The feeding spoon interacts with the doll when is feed. Also, the doll as realistic facial movements. She can move her mouth and blink her eyes. She can make over 70 sounds and phrases. She also stuck out her tongue out when she’s doesn’t like her foods.
The doll comes fully clothed. She also comes the following: 4 AA battery, interactive light spoon, bottle, food tray, and a instruction booklet.
AAA REQUIRED NOT INCLUDED
Cool
I purchased this after receiving positive feedback from my friends and this product does not disappoint. My toddler is enjoying it. The quality is good and effective.
Realistic Doll Absolutely Adorable
Mealtime Magic Mia Interactive feeding Doll is such a adorable realistic doll. She is very easy set up, right out of the box. The doll has two language modes: English and French. She comes with an outfit, feeding tray and feeding spoon and bottle which transforms to pacifier. I noticed the spoon requires one AAA battery. This doll has several play modes, sleep, play, feeding time. Rocking Mia to sleep and she eventually closes her eyes and she even snores! If you sit her up and she will wake up. She has interactive buttons on her back and front. She makes adorable cute expressions and sounds, such as sticking out her tongue and make raspberry noises so cute! Her food tray is two sided and has 10 food choices, 5 on each side. When you press the spoon against the food it changes to that color, you can even mix two foods and the two colors will flash. When you touch the spoon to Mia's top lip she will make eating sounds and react with sour, yum or or yuck which my daughter got a kick out of. Her lips hold and suckle the bottle and pacifier. This doll is very cute and entertained my daughter for hours on end.
So much fun to be had
I received a complimentary MealTime Magic Mia Interactive Feeding Baby Doll for testing purposes. This is intended for ages 4 and up. My six year old and one year old love playing with this doll. Even my 10 year old finds enjoyment with it. Mia comes with a feeding tray, interactive spoon and a bottle that when you remove the lid also functions as a pacifier. She is dressed in removable shorts, shirt and headband. Mia has a English and French speaking mode. Both doll and spoon require batteries and function to alert you when the batteries are low. There are two push buttons to operate Mia. Her back button wakes her up if she is asleep and can be patted to burp her. Pressing her chest button is tickle mode and makes her laugh. Moving her upright and titling her around puts her in play mode. Her feeding tray has 10 different foods and you can mix two foods together making over 50 different food combinations. The tray works with the interactive spoon by placing the sensor of the spoon on the food colors and the spoon will light up. Mia interacts and makes facial expressions with a yum face, sour or yuck when you place the spoon in her mouth. She can also drink her bottle, use the pacifier and be rocked to sleep. She has 70 or more sounds with reactions like sticking out her tongue or blowing raspberries when tickling her. The best part of this doll is interactive feeding but no messy foods to mix and the diapers to change/constantly buy after feeding like some of the other dolls. My girls play with Mia daily and never tire of her. She would make a great gift with the holiday season approaching.
Mealtime Magic Mia is so realistic!
This doll is so awesome!! My daughter loves to play baby dolls and this has been a welcome addition to her family of babies. With this doll she can feel as if she is feeding, burping, putting to sleep her own little baby- because Mia responds to so many things. I was a little confused on how the food worked at first, but once I figured it out and was able to show her, she has it down. This doll reminds me of one I had when I was a child that did similar things and it was my favorite doll and this is proving to be one of my daughter’s as well.
what an amazing doll
My daughter absolutely adores mealtime Mia. She makes lots of sounds, moves her mouth like a real baby would. If you decide to buy this baby you won't be disappointed.
Fun but could be better?
My children were all excited to play with this baby doll when it came. I had no idea we were even getting it in the mail so it was a complete surprise! They had a great day playing with it and will probably continue playing with it here and there, but they got bored after the first day and kinda just set her aside. My 2yr old loves her though and will get the most enjoyment with playing. The cons, the skin feels sticky if you try to wipe it off after it gets anything on it and the paint on the mouth peeled after a few hours playing. Other than that great toy for you get children!
Super cute realistic doll
Mealtime Magic Mia Interactive feeding Doll is such a cute realistic doll. She had very easy set up, right out of the box. The doll has two language modes: English and French. She comes with an outfit, feeding tray and feeding spoon and bottle which transforms to pacifier. The spoon does require one AAA battery. Mia has several play modes, sleep, play, feeding time. Rock Mia to sleep and she eventually closes her eyes and even snores. Sit her up and she will wake up. She has interactive buttons on her back and front. She makes cute expressions and sounds, such as sticking out her tongue and make raspberry noises. Her tongue was just skin toned, I do feel it should be more realistic in color. Her food tray is two sided and has 10 food choices, 5 on each side. When you press the spoon against the food it changes to that color, you can even mix two foods and the two colors will flash. I did find that it took a few tries to get the color to match, and sometimes it would display the wrong color. When you touch the spoon to Mia's top lip she will make eating sounds and react with sour, yum or or yuck. Mia lips hold and suckle the bottle and pacifier. This doll is very cute and entertained my daughter for quite a while. She did want to change her name to Maya, which I found funny bc I think the other option for this dolls name is Maya. My daughter recommended that Mia come with a diaper as well. She did get get one of her standard sized doll diapers, which fit her perfect. It would have been nice if a small carry case came with the doll to store the food tray spoon and bottle. Overall my daughter loved this doll and will get many hours of play with her.
Great Toy!!
I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. My girls absolutely love it and love to take care of it. They say it’s like taking care of a real baby. Love how you can feed it and burp it and without any mess to clean up. This really is a great product for any girl.
