A similar texture to meat

I don’t really use any of these vegan plant based meat substitues and prefer more traditional with wholefood vegan cooking. That’s why I had never tasted meat free option before but I’m so pleased to give it a try.

I used it in the Vegan Potato Roll with Spinach Filling and it worked well I was surprised. This mince certainly looks quite like meat. The texture is soft and mushy but it is a great, tasty alternative which was so similar to meat. If you are a vegetarian, looking for something which has a similar texture to meat I feel this product is for you!
