Amazing for breakouts

So this is a FANTASTIC cleanser like I am really loving this cleanser at the moment. It builds up a great lather and recently I’ve been leaving it on for a couple minutes almost like a mask of sorts so it can have time to work its magic on my skin. It doesn’t dry out my skin or strip my skin of it’s natural moisture. It leaves my skin with a nice smooth surface and overall clear complexion. The main thing that stood out to me and made me excited to try this cleanser was that it contains salicylic acid which is one of my favorite active ingredients at the moment. Salicylic acid can provide so many benefits to the skin ultimately leaving your skin looking bright, beautiful, and clear. You do have to be careful though and make sure your not over using this amazing ingredient because it could potentially cause the skin to become dry and irritated. So it does have to be used with moderation. But used the proper way it can do wonders to the skin.

A little background on salicylic acid: Salicylic acid is anti-inflammatory, keratolytic (helps exfoliate dead skin cells), anti-fungal and anti-bacterial. It penetrates pores to loosen clogged follicles by breaking apart dead skin cells, softening them, and helping them slough off the skin. Salicylic acid is particularly beneficial for individuals with acne prone skin. ... In addition, salicylic acid is also lipophilic, which means that it can penetrate into oily skin and clogged pores to provide skin with the deep cleaning it needs to reduce acne breakouts. Salicylic acid works by loosening and breaking apart desmosomes [attachments between cells in the outer layers of the skin]. This action encourages exfoliation of skin and unclogging of pores.

Best face cleanser I've tried so far

This foam cleanser has made my skin look and feel so luxurious since I've been using it! I have mild acne but since I've been using the [Medicube] Red Foam Cleanser my face looks better than it ever has and my acne is almost completely gone. I have been washing my face with the red foam cleanser at night and once this bottle is gone I will definitely be buying it so I can continue to use it every evening. Before applying it to my face this cleanser has a shiny look and a silky smooth feel and it makes my skin feel so soft & smooth right after I wash my face. Sometimes with other cleansers they leave my face feeling very dry or irritated but that is not at all the case with [Medicube] Red Foam Cleanser. My face feels so hydrated, smooth, and very clean since I started using it. I recommend this cleanser to everyone, women and men, that wants their face to look and feel clean and luxurious and give their skin a boost of hydration. I will buy this over & over again!
