I have insomnia and this stuff puts me right to sleep I take it around 8pm and I’m tired and sleeping by 10-11 it’s amazing cuz it keeps me asleep all night as well

This is a great product for people who are having issues falling asleep or need to get back on a routine. I am always fighting insomnia and these really help me get back on track. My daughter uses them as well and she sleeps at a great hour.

Aide à rétablir le cycle du sommeil ou d'en augmenter la durée totale. Je fais parfois de l'insomnie et la prise d'un comprimé de mélatonine m'aide à trouver le sommeil plus rapidement. Aussi, elle m'aide à m'endormir plus tôt qu"à mes heures tardives habituelles... ce qui me permet de dormir à des heures plus normales. Personnellement, un seul comprimé (placé sous langue, qu'on laisse fondre) me suffit. Je le prend 30 minutes avant d'aller au lit. La mélatonine est également très appréciée et efficace lors d'un décalage horaire. Attention de ne pas en abuser. Car si on en prend sur une trop longue période (3sem/1mois) on perd un peu les effets bénéfiques et de toute façon, cela n'est pas recommandé.
