Always have on hand
This product is one I stand by! I always have on hand for those nights I can’t seem to fall asleep. It is gentle but effective and won’t leave you groggy in the morning.

I started using melatonin about a year ago because of the stress at work and at home. Most nights I would stay awake in bed thinking about a million things. A colleague suggested I try melatonin liquid which is a natural products. I couldn’t have asked for better advise. This has changed my life and I actually get a good nights sleep. Sometimes when the kids are sick I drop a bit in their glass a juice to help them sleep through the night
I've been using it for 3 weeks now and i must say, i haven't slept that well since... i don't rememer when. I wasn't sure i wanted to use sleeping aid but i'm so happy i did.

I take one pill 10 mins before bed and it knocks me out every time. I recommend it to all my friends as much as I can!
I would definitely recommend Melatonin Sleep Aid for people that suffer from occasional sleeplessness or are jet lagged or trying to get back into schedule.
I use these for those reasons above and could not be happier. I take one a half-hour before I wish to fall asleep and then lay down. Within minutes I am sleepy, even if I slept in that day or am trying to go to bed at a much earlier time than usual.
The best part about this product is that it's a hormone that your body already makes every day to make you feel sleepy at bed time - it just helps speed up that process; so there are no ill effects to taking it. Also, unlike other sleep aids, I don't feel drowsy in the morning and it doesn't have scary side effects like sleep walking if you don't go to bed right away like another well known drug does.
I have trouble falling asleep probably 3-4 nights a week. I started using melatonin per a doctor's recommendation and it really helps! It's nothing too harsh, just helps lull me to sleep. No drowsiness in the morning either. I usually take 3-5 mg a night when I need it.
It works well for me. I fall asleep fast, I'm not waking up during the night and it is realy easy to get up in the morning, I am not tired at all.
But, you should not use It on a daily basis.
