    Didn't work for me. Used various sleep aids. This is just another one that didn't work. Waste of my $.

    I was ecited to try it out as I have nights of insomnia. Paid too much for their effectiveness. They did not work for me, even when I took more than prescribed. I hope that they are still usefull to others and only me and my body don't aggree with them.

    Melatonin is great, but will not work the same as a PM medicine. You will not drift off to sleep within 10 minutes just because you took it. You should take it at least 30 minutes before bedtime, and I think it works best if you take it a few nights in a row.

    melatonni its help me sleep though the night . i have trouble sleeping in the night . this works and its a so great.

    Even the extra strenght did not work for me. It didn't make me tired or anything. I'm glad to know that it works for others, but I guess prescription works better for me, which is too bad.

    I absolutely love Melatonin! It's a natural remedy that really works!
    I only take it when i need it, but it never fails me!
    It allows you to fall into a relaxing sleep and the best part is, you probably won't even need your alarm clock that morning!
    Whenever I take melatonin I wake up before my alarm goes off fully alert and ready to face the day!
    I'm always recommending this product to friends, it works like a dream :)

    I came back from vacation over the summer about 2 years ago and had terrible jet lag and could not get back to a regular sleeping schedule for months. I would stay awake until 3 AM and have to wake up at 6 AM. Needless to say, i was pretty miserable. My mom recommended melatonin and I took it. It works instantly, and unlike most other sleeping aids, you don't wake up feeling like death in the morning. It does give you very vivid dreams, for some people they are scary but for me they were just very realistic. I still have very realistic, fun dreams even though I am no longer taking melatonin. On the other hand, I bought a sleeping aid that was something mixed with melatonin and I took it for a plane ride. It knocked me out for the entire 12 hour plane ride and when I woke up later I was dead tired and ended up sleeping about 20 hours total that day. I recommend just the plain melatonin pills after that experience xD

    I work in a group home and try to use only natural remedies. When our boys have truble sleeping we use Melatonin. It works great and the price is great. My son had the same issues at bedtime and would not fall asleep until close to midnight. I put him on Melatonin for 30 days to help him get back into a proper sleep routine. It worked great.
