Favorite puzzles for kids

Melissa and Doug makes the best children’s puzzles and I’ll tell you why.
1) the puzzles are marked with shakes, so not only does your little work on fine motor with his puzzle pieces, but he gets to sort his shapes too.
2) they are made of wood. Sturdy. Hard to break. Nice and light. They don’t warp easy.
3. Comes in a cute box that is easily sealed and pieces do not fall out. If you dropped the box, pieces won’t go flying out and trust me, it will get dropped.
4) the puzzles are the perfect size so that your little doesn’t get discouraged.

Melissa and Doug puzzles are amazing!

Melissa and Doug puzzles have made it through 2 of our children and will be well loved by our third. I find that despite being thrown, played with over and over again, this product rarely chips and we are yet to have one break. Would absolutely recommend for those with rambunctious kids

Cute 4 mini puzzels

We bought the Melissa and Doug 4 mini puzzels in a wooden box. They have been a huge hit in my house with my 4 year old. She loves them. She does all 4 at a time and can completely do them on her own. She doesn't get bored of them either. She has redone them over and over. They are in a wooden box so they are super easy to travel with or pack up real fast and take along to resturants and stuff. The puzzel pieces are really thick and not cheap feeling. She uses the lid actually to put her puzzel on and then she walks around the house and shows everyone her masterpiece. I really don't have any cons about this product. We love them so much. They even have different shapes on the backs of the puzzel to know which pieces belong to which of the 4 mini puzzels. I would say the lid is a bit hard for my 4 year old to put on herself... it's kinda tricky. I always have to do it for her. But other than that I totally recommend this to any kid!

I LOVE Melissa and Doug... but

We were gifted a puzzle with some zoo animals, and after maybe two days of play, the paint was chipping off and it said it was ok for 6+ months whom are teething so naturally the pieces would be teethed on. Well, I saw my daughter stick it in her mouth and not even 10 seconds I had it out of her mouth to see that there were paint chips in her mouth! I’m sure the paint is “safe” but I’m not letting her play with it again. I expect more from Melissa and Doug.

Easy and fun

Love the big puzzle pieces on the puzzles. The chunky pieces make.it easy for little fingers to pick up and hold. Teach hand and eye coordination. Each one is different but mine love the color shapes one
