Great quality

It’s a great quality toy and holds up well but my kids didn’t have much interest in it. I don’t think it holds interest for smaller kids but older ones will like it.

I was so happy when I found d an Abacus!I had been looking for one for quite sometime in stores. My son is more of a visual learner, so having this has made doing homework easier and he is able to understand why the math is done the way it is.

I really am a fan of Melissa & Doug products and this educational toy is no exception. As homeschoolers I need teaching tools that are fun, colourful, educational and durable. This abacus is all that and so attractive that it's hard for adults to not start toying around with it. It looks beautiful on the homeschool desk and my kids use it all the time. Even little toddlers and six month old babies want to touch the beads and slide them back and forth. I would highly recommend this item.
