After receiving a new Mocha Machine, a search was on for the perfect coffee bean. It had to be strong, not bitter, and have that lovely coffee aroma that makes ones mouth water. We tried many brands including a lot of organic and specialty beans from various coffee shops. Our favourite was finally narrowed down to Melitta's Expresso Beans. This bean grinds down to a perfectly fine texture and brewing it brings out a delicious aroma that starts your day off right. I was pleased to note that Melitta's Expresso Beans are sold in a lot of local supermarkets at a very reasonable price.
