Awful

Omg, I can not even describe how bad this eyeliner is! First of all it so watery that you can actually see the color, it is supposed to be black, but it's more like water mixed with a hint of black. And because of this type of texture, it gets into every small line on the skin making it impossible to a wing. Just awful!
