I so wish these were a whole lot healthier. Sometimes the dairy in them can really bother my stomach, but I have poor digestion. Thhe strawberry flavour is delicious! Nice creamy strawberry ice cream. Almost more a a soft serve ice cream actually. Can melt pretty fast when warm out.
