I take this every single morning! It has a great taste! The texture can be gelatin like but I quite enjoy it! It’s nice and refreshing and it really helps me stay regular!

J’ai utilisé ce produit surtout pour combattre la constipation parce que j’ai plusieurs médicaments qui malheureusement cause la constipation. Il ce dissout vraiment très bien sans grumeaux et avec un bon goût sucré! Il procure un bon apport en fibres et il agit comme coupe faim!

Works great!

I take this every day for extra fiber and keep things moving, I also take it travelling with me! Texture goes slimey if you leave it sitting too long, so needs to be drank right away. Works and is worth the money!

Excellent for fibre

I'm a huge fan of the taste of "orange" and this really helps my digestive system, especially when I take a medication that complicates everything on my insides. The smooth texture is even better than the original. One cup every morning and I'm always much happier!

Pregnancy Lifesaver

I don’t know where I would be without Metamucil. Pre-pregnancy I never even looked at this stuff, but when my doctor recommended it and said it was safe during pregnancy I bought some immediately. I recommend this to all my pregnant friends now.

A friend suggested this product but I was reluctant, nonetheless I gave it a try and I was simply blown away. Highly recommend and it doesn’t have that unnaturally thick feeling.

Makes you feel full

This product has a great orange flavor, but you could add a liquid juice mix to it as well. I was very skeptical about this product, but I have to say it works and makes you feel full after taking it. I never thought I needed added fiber, but maybe I was wrong..

Good to stay regular

I find this can be gritty when only added to water or juice. I prefer to add to my smoothies or protein shake. Adds a nice orange flavor. Works good to keep one regular.

A really great source of fiber

This is a great way to add fiber to your diet. It has a good taste and mixes well with water but it taste great when added to any other drink you put it in. It lives up to its claims by keeping you regular and helping you feel full longer.
