Love these

Although I don’t mind the powder, these capsules are so much easier to take and I think more effective. I always feel like I’m wasting with the powder because can never drink it all. Pills are flavourless. My only negative is taking 5 at a time (a lot of pills to take)

I take these capsules when i feel the need and I find they work well for me. When I find a product that actually works I stick with it and i recommend this one
