    Good to suppress appetite

    Taking Metamucil is a good and quick way to add fibre into your life.

    it doesn’t contains aspartame and Helps lower cholesterol to promote heart health.
    .Promotes digestive health
    .Helps to temporarily suppress appetite when taken prior to a meal.

    It really helps controlling my appetite between meals and makes me feel fuller.
    It’s important to start with 1 to 1/2 teaspoon until your body get used to it.

    I just can’t take it by itself, so I add it to my smoothies:
    1 frozen Banana
    1 Apple
    1 tsp Metamucil
