I did not care for Metamucil at all. I found it to be very hard to get mixed up with my water, if at all. It was thick and gritty in my mouth and I hated the tastes of it. Most of all I didn’t like it because it had little to no effect on me. Even though they says you can use it with other things like food, I would not recommend Metamucil to anyone that is in need of a product like this.
