A quick calorie wise lunch

I used to get Michelinas chicken stir fry 14 years ago when I used to work in a grocery store . I had very limited time so I needed something quick . They're 190 calories and 3 grams of fat and cooked within 5 minutes . It's tastes pretty good too . I like the chicken , the noodles and veggies . It's filling too . They always go on sale for $1 dollar and you can find them Walmart or any grocery store .
