This is the top of the line for my baking needs

Before I started using this product for my baking I found my bread was not right to the touch when working/kneading and finally it showed in the results. Since using this flour I look forward again to baking up a storm of breads and sweet treats...plus the results are almost (modest here) bakery shop good.
