If you are looking to save some money, this brand is pretty good. This is a dual ended pencil, and works well to highlight corners of eyes. I prefer mechanical pencils, as I am sharpener challenged.

This double end highlighter has a high glow which has some glitter in it and a matte beige end. I really prefer the matte beige and unfortunately I dropped it and so that end is unusable until I buy a proper sharpener. I like the smoothness of it - very light and does the job
