I love the Milani Color Play Felt Tip Pens for their precise lines however I don't like their wear. Milani claims these pens are waterproof but they came off easily with some rubbing. I would personally still buy them just because I haven't found a liquid eyeliner that create such a precise line so effortlessly. They come in quite a few different colors which I love and another plus, they can work for body art as well!
