Easy to use

I do like this eyeliner but I prefer Rommel's version as it is lighter and the pen is longer.
This one has great colour and thickness which is good aswell

Creamy & Pigmented

I love Milani products, such good value for the price. This liquid-like eye liner is no different.

It's an eye liner pencil that is supposed to deliver a liquid eyeliner look. It doesn't quite get there, but it's close enough and for the price, it works. It's creamy and very pigmented.

I like using it in the waterline or tightline. It's good on the lid too and you can smudge it out a little if you like the messy look. I don't think I would use it for a wing, but I have hooded eyes, so wings are a bit of an ordeal for me and smudge easily. YMMV.
