Pleasantly surprised

I was so surprised by how much I liked this mascara. My eyelashes looked fabulous. The ONLY downfall I find is that it dried out VERY quickly. Payoff is great for the price though.

The Milani Highly Rated Mascara has become my go to for the last year. Super easy to apply, affordable price and my lashes always look great! I often ask if I am wearing false lashes after applying Milani Highly Rated Mascara! Love it!
