Milk 2 go Sport had 20 grams of protein per serving. 20 grams! After my home workouts, I always grab one of these babies to keep my muscles from hurting. I always get th chocolate flavour, but it comes in vanilla too (sorry, I haven't tried it yet.) It's made from REAL milk, not milk powder and water. It tastes exactly like Nesquick chocolate milk, but jam packed with protein. And again, real milk! It does taste quite good. It's smooth, and doesn't have a chalky after taste like some meal replacement drinks.
