Thinker the better

It's so hard to find a perfect eyeliner. Eather the pencil is to dry or the liquid eyeliner is too runny or way to think. I found this one just right. Also your able to layers with smudging it all over your eyes.

WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENT!

This product is wonderful! I’ve previously tried several brands of eyeliner and in the pencil, liquid, and brush-on forms but had yet to find one that worked for me. At last, MILK has given me an eyeliner that won’t smudge throughout the day!! My skin can get oily sometimes but the shape of my eyelids are so that when I close my eyes tight or laugh hard even this will cause smudging onto the corner of my eyes or somehow onto the bottom lids. Well not anymore! This lasts a full 14 hour day!
