Refreshing green tea

Millennia tea flash frozen to maintain its nutrients within hours of being picked. This is found in the frozen section, each cube is individually wrapped. Besides making tea the brand suggested it can be used in smoothies, soups and omelettes. The taste is refreshing and good not bitter like other green tea, I didn’t add anything to it. The leaves settle nicely to the bottom of the cup of pot and the leaves can be used for up to 3 infusions which still resulted in good tea.
