Great buy. I bought it because my 9 month old kept trying to suck on the bars in the carts and I thought that was kind of gross. Now he can do it all he wants haha. The product is good, it comes with a strap to buckle them in. Works totally fine on walmart carts and fits on Costco carts but only for one child. There aren't holes for a second child to put their legs through. But if you just have one child, it works fine with the Costco carts.
