Well priced toner

I very moisturizing toner. For the price point (2.99) it is great. Nice smell. I will go with one with more online reviews when this one runs out. Since I like the smell of others more. I will say that it takes too long to dry. For someone just starting out with a long skin care routine, this is the one I recommend.
