Honestly I think these are horrible for you but in saying that I do purchase them and always keep one at my desk at work. Sometimes water just gets a bit boring and I need a little kick to it. This makes for a great tasting water the flavour is definitely artifical but it gives enough kick that you forget it's water you're drinking. I wouldn't use too much though because then it just tastes horrible.

tastes great, you just have to make sure you don't put too much of it!

I love MIO!!! I take the FIt MIO with me on a long run to add to my water to get flavor and electrolytes... It may take a few different tried to figure out the correct quantity to add but once you get that down pat, the rest is awesome!

These are pretty good, but I find it hard to make the right balance between sickeningly sweet and can-hardly-taste-it. Some flavours are definitely better than others as well. The containers are very handy though

I love the favours of these little dudes, in both the regular and sport drops. I used to be a die-hard Crystal Light fan, and I will still buy the pitcher packs to keep in the fridge at home, but I keep these little MiO's close by at work to help keep me hydrated all day (I mean come on - drinking litres of plain tap water is boring). These don't taste at all like aspartame like Crystal Light since MiO is sweetened with sucralose. Chemically, I know sucralose isn't any better for you than aspartame, but it certainly doesn't taste so bad., and I have yet to find something like this that is sweetened with naturally-sourced stevia, which is generally my go-to sugar replacement.

I usually prefer plain water to adding flavoring, but I always like to keep one of these squirt bottles in my purse. Occasionally restaurants will serve tap water with an off putting taste; MiO are great for sprucing up the flavor of water in such scenarios. I'd also advise trying these out if you're weaning yourself off of pop. It's sweet enough to satisfy a craving while still being drastically better than pop for your health!

I don't drink a lot of water but with this it adds flavour so it makes water easier to drink. Also easy to add wherever you are!

I personally prefer the taste of water all on its own, so I rarely use flavour or water enhancers. I bought a couple of these for my dad though. He rarely drinks anything but coffee and pop, which obviously isn't ideal. He says he just hates the taste (haha, what?). But he will drink it with these. Also, the commercials are golden.

I am not a huge fan of plain water, so anything that adds a little flavor is a winner in my book. I enjoy all of the Mio flavors and a little goes a long way.
