We use mio everyday. I bring it to work, and my son brings on to school in his lunch box to use with his water bottle, very convenient when you are on the go.

I love these, they are a lot of fun to use and they come in so many different yummy flavours! I really enjoy using the grape one. They add just that extra boost to water. Sometimes I like to make my water more exciting so I like to use these.

these are alright, i dont like them inside water but vodka tastes great with this stuff!

I really like these. It comes in a convenient container and I usually like keeping 1 in my purse for on the go. There are a variety of different flavors and I think they are very refreshing especially after a good workout or a good house cleaning. They are just great to add some flavor to boring water! :-)

I really like Mio Sport! The tastes are great and for me, I don't have to add much to get a food flavor. I love water as it is, so just a little bit of the Mio Sport works for me. The price is a bit much to just be drinking water, but hey, look at the cost of all the sports drinks you'd have to buy for the amount you get with this...

Addicted to the Lemonade version! Great on hot summer days!
