Sometimes I get tired of plain water and these are nice to have on hand. They go on sale a lot and come in such a variety of flavours. A little squirt goes a long way.

These are great and come in so many different flavours. It is an easy way to get myself to drink more water and not be worried about all of the added calories.

j'adore le mio, c'est tellement bon dans l'eau et surtout pas besoin d'en jouter bcp pour que sa goute...suffit d'ajuster pour le gout du sucré!!! personellement ce que jaime du mio en particulier c'est quil n'a pas de ptit gout poudreux ou de prit gout d'aspartame et j'apprécie...mon preferer c'est celui au cerise et mure sauvage!

I cannot stand plain water so when I discovered these I wanted to try every flavour. They mix so well with water and only require a few squirts to make it taste great. I carry one in the car for on the go, and one in my gym bag as well. A nice change from plain water. No sugar or calories either which is a bonus.

Such a great flavour enhancer for your water or alcoholic drinks - just a few drops adds so much tasty flavour to your drink. And the price is usually between $2-3 for one bottle. good stuff!

I love that we have so many no calorie options like these now. I've tried MiO in a bunch of flavours like cherry and grape and I've been happy with all of them. It's so easy and fun to squirt a dash into a mug or tall glass and to be able to adjust the concentration (with single serving and pitcher serving powder packets brands you can't). Ok, and a shameful confession I have is that when the squirt bottle is done, I like to lick off the concentrated residual bits for a super intense shot of flavour.

I like the light refreshing taste it give for the amount of calories is it i would highly recommend over other surgery drinks although it might not be healthy with added sugers

Since I try Mio my husband is drinking more water then cola which is very good. Because he used to drink a minimum of 2 liter per day. New it less than 2 lt.

I use to like this water enhancher , It has alot of flavors to pick from. I stopped using it when I watched the news claming that there is wind sheild washer fluid in it. So heads up , you never know

I really like the strawberry watermelon flavor as it has a nice taste to it. I never drink more than 1 bottle of water with mio per day as it does leave a weird after taste. But for a quick drink that is thirst quenching and flavorful it does the trick!
