For referring a friend to GoodLife fitness, I received this watch for free. I use it all the time when I'm working out. It has an accurate heart rate strap (I even checked it against the treadmill's heart rate monitor), it can count calories burned while you're working out, and more. The instructions are easy to follow too. You can also opt to buy two different colour strap, just to keep things interesting. Mine only came with one since it was free, but I am able to order one online or in store. I like having the option of a workout watch, so that I can keep track of the time and my heart rate without having to use my nicer watch in the gym.
