I just LOVE this hand cream. I mostly use it on my fingers and around my cuticles where most of my problem areas are. This cream is a miracle worker. After just one use, I can visibly notice improvement in my skin condition. Its fast acting and it repairs dry, rough, cracked and flaky skin, which is what I have. It does not sting or burn at all when applied to open areas. It is made with 60% aloe which is probably why I find it soothing. It is also safe to use for diabetics.
