A delicious peanut butter protein bar...

These bars can be purchased at Walmart in a box of 4 for $10. Each bar is 200 calories with 15 g fibre (60%), 21 g protein (42%) and 8% calcium. The bar has peanut halves on the top (not many) and it varies depending on the bar. Peanut pieces provide crunch-- from top of bar and a few on sides of bar. The top of the protein bar also has a light coating of nut butter-- this enhances nut flavor in bar. You can really taste peanut butter in this bar and it’s great for all peanut butter lovers! This bar is soft and chewy if eaten straight from the package. Tastes like a baked cookie when not microwaved. Softer in texture than a Quest bar-- so not the exact same texture. This bar can be put in the microwave for approx. 20 seconds for chewier texture. Smells strong of peanut butter when microwaved. There is a strong enough peanut butter taste-- both cold and microwaved. When warmed, doesn't get baked cookie texture like Quest bar… more like soft taffy but not sticky that it gets stuck in teeth.
