Taste-wise it is lacking a little bit of bacon taste for me. The texture of the peanut butter is very thick - you can tell that is it not processed and all natural. There would be oil build up on the top portion of the container, just mix it up whenever you need to use you peanut butter. Make sure your bread is warm so the peanut butter is spreadable.. otherwise, it will be difficult to spread and just eat it with a spoon. No harm in that! I bought this from the farmer's market and I will try other flavours!
