Family shared fun

We had a little bit of trouble getting started because the access code that came with the kit did not work. Neither did the second code provided by the customer service rep. But as the saying goes, the third time’s the charm! We were off to the races. I tried handing it over to my 10 and 5 year old to play with but they were unable to successfully get it started and the only thing they missed was rotating the lens to clear the image. So other than that it was pretty straightforward. It does take a bit of fine.motor control to turn the reel without taking the whole apparatus off your phone. The stories are Disney adorable. The music is good, but not necessary so they can still use this even if you need to be in a quiet area. I do wish it were more of a read-along instrument.

Kid enjoyed it

The Moonlite gift pack was used with my iPhone. It was easy to find the app and download it. I was able to attach the projector to my phone, though it doesn’t seem to line up like it’s supposed to. I always have to adjust it. My kids did enjoy it and would ask for it. It would be better if the pictures moved. I also found the background music a bit too loud, and I couldn’t find a way to turn it down or off. There were only a few words that when you press, make an extra sound. All in all it’s a novelty, and I didn’t find the stories particularly engaging but my kids did ask for me it read these “ceiling” stories to them.

Good concept

I like the overall concept of the moon lite, however at first it was slightly complicated to get everything in order to work. Its fun for my little one who adores reading and loves to listen to bed time stories ,however the project was quite difficult to place so that you could see the slides properly and the slides had a lot of adjusting to get a clear picture. Other than that its a good product but needs better execution.

Fun

The moonlite storybook projector is a fun way to read stories with my little man. The setup is fairly easy and uses the flashlight on your phone to project the pictures. The only thing I would say I didn't like is that the images weren't very clear as soon in video. I did the adjustments and it was still blurry. Not sure how to fix that part. The Disney pack is perfect for my 2 year because he loves Mickey & there are several Mickey stories.

Brings the Stories to life!

When I first opened my package containing the Moonlite gift pack I was very pleased with just how cute everything was. I found this little gadget quite easy to use and getting everything set up was very simple and easy to understand. I did have a bit of a tough time getting the viewer to properly fit on to my phone as I have a larger model phone but once I had everything adjusted I found it worked out the same as with a smaller phone. I wish there was a more automatic way of transitioning the story on the viewer but found manually changing the picture to be easy enough so I did not really have any complaints. M children enjoyed seeing the pictures being projected as they listened to the story. This is easily a product I can see myself purchasing more stories for! I received the products for free in exchange for my honest review.

Nice product

The books are really nice that came with the Moonlite. My child really enjoyed me reading them to her.

I do wished that there was a way to not have the background sounds on. I know I could turn the sound the whole way down on my phone but then the sound effects wouldn't make sounds, too.

Calming

I would buy this product over again. My son is autistic and it really helped him focus and relax at bed time . He loved being able to see the story as it was being read. Setup was easy . Only downfall is I hope more stories will be released in the future like cars or lion king

great family fun

I received this from Family Rated to review. it is simple to set up and easy to run. my children love watching the photo slides and the interactive buttons and sound affecte with in the stories. I will be adding more story slides to our collection!
