This product is the reason I still have hair on my head. It is a great hair mask that you can leave on overnight, sit under the dryer and steam or leave in for a 15 min and use as a normal conditioner. I have yet to use a hair mask that tops this product, Extreme Moisture (of course my experience in hair masks is limited). I love it! If your hair is damaged, dry, chemically treated, constantly heat styled or it just doesn't seem to want to stay on your head, this is the product. It contains banana, which is nourishing and apple, which is a humectant (these humectants just keep dotting the landscape of beauty ingredients, don't they?).
